Xperia T keeps switching off at 80%

Phone keeps turning off at 80%, it was fine a couple of weeks ago. Why won't SONY help?

Did you update to 4.3 lately?

My Androids version is 4.1.2. But on Sony PC Companion etc it says I'm fully up to date. Where do I get 4.3 from?

If it is not available via PC companion or sony update service,you cannot get it officially.However,you can manually update.

this looks way to technical for me and I cannot afford to naff up my phone in the process, thanks for the link though, I am sure others will be more confient than i am.  might just have to wait for the official 4.3 to come out via EE.

If you tried everything the mod said just have to wait for a new update Sony has certified a new firmware by Ptcrb ( 4.3 with bugs fixed) I think It will be releasing soon be patient!
