Xperia T constant electrostatic noise

Hi,

My new xperia T has a strange problem. After the screen turned off, it's starting to make constant static noise, even in airplane mode.

The noise only disappears after turn on the screen. Is this normal?

That sounds strange. Please check if the noise remains after reinstalling the software using SUS.
