xperia T cant switch on and can no longer be detected by PC Companion

My Xperia LT30p seemed to be good until i started to face problem with the battery. the sony mobile representative in South Africa said they do not have the battery for this model because the phone was shelved. then it would work but this other day i was trying to update it. after hours it just went blank, it could not be switched on, i try to force it but still it could not. i have tried to use the PC Companion to do repair but it now ca not even be detected. previously it would be detected. i wish sony could accept repairing it overhaul so that i can enjoy it.here in SA they say they cant.

I'm new to the Sony family and face a problem with my Sony xperia LT30p, the battery had problem and was changed by a technician here in SA. He said the software needed to be changed as well and he did but after that the tone cuts itself off even just after switching it on. Touching the screen it cuts off. What could be the problem and how can I solve the problem? Is it possible to get back to the original settings

Have you checked with PC companion to see if you are up to date?

is it true that when you have your battery changed then the software must as well be updated?

and also the phone model ihave Xperia t lt30p, is not found in South Africa because it was quickly shelfed from the market. how best can i have it worked on as in repaires because it quickly heats up so much even when i have no much downloaded apps. does sonny accept return and swap, which is good other than to depose it by selling it to another person when i know it is a phone with problems

When I save my files they go to internal storage but I fail to access them. How do I find my files saved in internal memory of my Xperia T

What I want Sony to know is my puzzle as to why they phased off this phone Xperia TL30p? Everyone wants a better phone and I ordered this phone from oversees because if its specifications, big memory good pixels, but after buying it I learnt that it actual is not common in South Africa. It was long time phased off meaning any problem with it you are doomed. Eg I had a battery problem and could not find it anywhere in SA, including the Sony SA did not have it; until I had it again from oversees. Not everyone is rich to buy the latest phones on the market.some of us like the eco system we wait when we can afford what would have been rated to be not latest anymore, and for us it will the latest becoz of the features.

I have trouble in using bluetooth on my Xperia T Lt30p, it does not receive or share with other phones. What causes that?
