I'm using the phone not too agressive, actually i try use it less because when i start browsing or chatting, its drains %10 for not even a hour. So what can i do for this? Is there anybody help me about this?
check the brigthness of the display, if you are syncing multiple accounts it will drain your battery faster, poor network coverage will also drain your battery faster, if you don't use your data plan all the time turn it off (same goes for wifi)

I just bought one and the same thing is happening. In fact, it's draining just sitting there by itself. My Xperia U never had this problem. I am using 2x Battery app to manage the battery, it has done a great job on my old phone... my top 4 users are screen, Android system, Contacts+ app and Cell Standby. With my old phone it was screen by a longshot. Meaning something is running when the phone is in my pocket with the Xperia T.... GRRR.... making an incredibly powerful and beautiful phone a disheartening experience. The battery goes down by itself hour by hour just sitting in my pocket.
I can't understand why Contacts+ the app is in there... it never was a factor on my Xperia U and I have it set to do no facebook sync at all... it has never performed a sync on my Xperia T it reports. Sigh.
Any help, Sony? This is your flagship product! btw, I was able to use my Xperia U all day on max. brightness. Why shouldn't I be able to enjoy the Xperia T screen as same? Thanks.
Did you tred to connect the battery saver that comes with the phone?
It works really well when you're not using the phone as it cuts all connections, so you save a lot of battery.
Under ICS, I've found the battery to be excellent, it lasts a day heavy use or over 2 days light use.
Since the Jelly Bean update, will have to give it a week or so to judge.
Go through the app's you don't use and disable them and don't use Auto Level in display brightness as it no longer works.
I agree with you that with ICS the battery was excellent.
With JB it doesn't lasts that much, but still. My guess.
JellyBean sucs, the battery.:smileylaugh:
