Hey! When I'm Listening my music the audio suddenly stops working, I make sure the music is playing and it is! Then I pause it and try to play a video or ringtone and it's still mute, minutes later the audio comes back and it's happening too often now help please!

Loudspeaker! if I plug the headphones, while the song is playing, the song keeps playing as usual
