Xperia T - 2 problems

I have 2 problems with my Xperia T since the upgrade.

1)   I have clouds floating across the screen briefly before I can operate the phone - I want to get rid of these.

2)   I can't hear callers when my phone is connected via blutooth in my car - Ford Focus, however callers can hear me.

Please help.

not sure for the 1st one, but incase of listening to music or speaking via bluetooth you need to increase the volume up by press + button from your phone.

For the 1 one: isn't that just a live wallpaper or weather widget that is active on the lockscreen?
