Xperia SP wont turn on!

I started having some issues with my phone like the gps not working properly and so on. So after some attempts to solve this I decided to just turn it off and on. The problem is that after I turn it off it wont turn on again. It just goes through the Sony screen, then my carriers screen, then I am requested for my key, I summit it and then it does it all over again.

I may add that since is a company phone and I do receive my company emails in it, I had to encrypt it, that's why I'm requested a password. 

I tried updating it with the Sony PC Companion, the Update Service, turning it on in safe mode and some other stuff I found over the net but nothing works

My laptop don't even recognize it, so any attempts via my PC are useless.

Can anyone please help me? I just got the phone a month ago!!

Try this:charge the phone for 1 hour,after that force shut down using the little button on the back of the phone.The phone should be completely off and now you can follow the steps provided by SUS:

So I left it charging the whole night and try to update it. Still didn't work so I had to restore it to the factory settings in the end.

I just have had my phone for a month and I am beggining to regret buying it.... hope this won't happen again.
