Xperia SP : Sound Problem

I've seen video of 2 hours on my Xperia SP with headphones plugged in for sound.

But on the next day the phone's sound is not working apart from the ringing tone's sound. I've tried to use some of the solution given on this support forum but the problem still arise.

Solution tried-

1. Uninstalled some of antivirus apps

2. Repair Software with Sony PC Companion 2.1

3. Factory Reset Phone

4. Restart the phone

Suggest working solution ASAP...

Yes. You need to take it to the service centre. I had a similar problem just few days back. The speaker sound crashed, though ear plugs were playing well. Service centre people told to replace the speaker. I got it replaced and now it is ok.
