Xperia SP Sound Issues, PLEASE HELP

Hey guys,
Basically my SP's sound has gone crazy in the last few days, I cant hear people talking on the phone unless I put them on speaker, music won't play through the back speaker and touch tones won't play, but when the phone rings or I get a notification from Facebook etc sound works perfectly. Thanks for any help guys

Back up data and repair phone through pcc.. what network ?

Sorry but I don't know much about this sort of stuff, what do you mean by repair through pcc?

UPDATE issue has been resolved, it seems that when listening to music through earphones, pulling them out without stopping the music can sometimes make the phone act as though the earphones are still plugged in, hence the sound and talk problems. So I put the earphones back in and unplugged them again and the phone went back to normal. Anyone who has had the same problem should first check if it is down to the earphone connection. Thanks

@ JacobRobins, you are correct bro, it has happened with me too but no earpiece problem.
