Xperia SP Playmemories doesn't load

I have a new Sony Xperia SP.

It is brilliant!

I wondered what Sony Playmemories Online was & thought it might be handy for sharing pictures we take on our phones (she has a Xperia SP too). Unfortunately it doesn't work. It opens up, updates & asks me to enter my username & password. I then get a white screen for 30 seconds & it returns to the log in page.

I have tried unistalling the update. Force closing the app & reinstalling. But nothing works!

Considering it's Sony software on a Sony device I was expecting more!

Any help would be appreciated.

Haha,great!You own one of the best Mid-Rangers.Now,it seem you might have a software related issue.Have try doing a hard reset on your phone?And whats your current software?.245 or .254?If .245,then can you please update to .254 as it will make the work easier.

Aha!Have you tried to update the app?Give it a search for its newest update and download it.
