Dear Sony Team,
This is very disappointing that i m not happy with the Sony product where i m using Sony products from a long ago, now i very unhappy with Sony Xperia Phone. I purchase a Sony Xperia SP C5302 on 2 Nov 2013 (IMEI : 355810054401131), 1st 2 months phone performance was quite good but after update 4.3 Jelly Bean (OTA) start facing lots of issue with phone . 1. Phone Extreamly Hanged, taking 30 Sec to find a contact or open a massage.
2. Application Crashing on startup. 3. Application and System Interface Stopped working 4. Touch Screen not working on flat surface 5. Hearing Cracking Sound in Ear-piece. 6. Very Poor Camera Quality. 7. Xperia Facebook Function not working from the 1st day of purchase. I visited Sony Service Center (Global Services)in Jaipur and submitted my Phone for checking and they returned back after update the phone, after 2 days again i faced the same issue again. Again i visited Same Service Center and submitted my phone for the same issue and reposted touch not working and Ear-Piece has some creaking sound. This time my phone's Touch replaced and reformatted the phone but Ear-Piece not replaced, i checked phone till 2 days and found the same hanging issues. After visit 2 times on service center for the same issue i feel very disappointed and feels like i made mistake to purchase Sony Xperia Phone. always If i report any issue to Service Center, just they reinstall the OS and returned back me the phone without tested. 3rd time i submitted my phone for Hanging issue and Poor Camera Quality, Customer Representative update me that the back cover need to change for Camera quality cause there was some scratches on Camera Glass. they returned me phone after 7 days of submit, i checked the phone it was worked fine at that time. After 4 days again i m facing hanging and application crashing issue, phone performing very poor even not able to search contact easily. Dear Sony Team, Just i would like to update you th
