XPERIA SP not responding

the problem starts 2weeks before..phone was heating and turning off itself...and when i tried to turn on it stuck on sony logo and a goes to a black screen.i repaired with SUS.bt,problem still existed..and now sp is wont turn on or charging,when i pugged it for charging it always show red led...bt when i try to turn it on after hours of charging red color blinks 3 times...i even tried the back yellow button bt no responds,sometimes it vibrate bt nothing happened...1week before it was showing atleast sony logo...now nothing..completely dead...i cant even flash..because of low battery..what do i do..is it a hardware or software problem...

PLEASE HELP ME...

m from india servce center guys said they cant repair it in our country,becaus the phone was shipped from singapore..so i think m out of options...

i already updated it last week...bt no response after that...phonee cant connect to flashmode..when i connect it will automatically turn to normal charging mode with red led on..

and it wont chaging the battery actually...

The same problem happend for me also.I brought  the phone from kuwait 4 months back now i am on vacation. one week

before it stared giving trouble while charging now it is completly dead .at last it was giving a flash light while trying to switch

on.please help.....
