XPERIA SP lower RAM issue,POWER button Issue

after updating my XPERIA SP from 4.1.2 to 4.3, it consumes more RAM & also It takes more time to open some APPLICATIONS.

Als, If i press POWER button to LOCK or UNLOCK my device, It takes more & more time to LOCK/UNLOCk

HINT: I had made Factory RESET two times after Updating & I repaired my mobile using PC COMPANION

4.3 needs more RAM to run and boot.Also,disable any task killers or battery savers.
