Xperia SP Led not working

So.
I got my Xperia SP and i updated it to Android 4.3.
And i see my led not working.
I dont have stamina mode on and anything.
My build number ends in .207.
Please help me

How do i enter it? I can't find the diagnostics thing.

Ok, i've done some things:

1. Rebooted to safe mode.

2. Checked if LED works but it wasn't.

3. Rebooted to normal mode.

4. Installed Xperia Diagnostics

5. Tried to find LED test, but cant find

6. Disabled all stamina modes etc.

And nope... Still dont work.
