XPERIA SP- Heating

Dear Friends,

I am using Xperia SP since two dyas.when I bought this device it had 4.1.2 Jb os and got upgrded to 4.3 JB through sony pc companion.but the device is getting heated while using .the battery temperature is near to 38.9..What shall I do?
