Xperia SP dies while using

this sony experia sp mean a lot to me but always died by it self while iam using it
always and always for many many times happenned just like that and even in charging possition but always died by it self
please help experia care and all friends here

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

You need to make sure the device is charged for about 2-3 hours. After that, force it to turn off. Start the repair process and connect the device to your laptop only when PCC prompts you.

i have already did all of your instruction mr moderator and i almost near proccess for repair but there is notification here in box..., that is = problem : unable to run update components on your computer and then...Details: Sony Update engine failure( error1200) and i have 3 times try but always like this for the proccess
and there is notification here if you still encounter problems please report issues to sony mobile
now iam confuse what is my mistake because i have already didi exactly as command given to me carefully.

my preparation of the software has now been completed and then now i already to continue the update process and then i saw little circle turn arround arround in my lcd screen..., oh yes mr moderator... this time while iam typing my message for you ..., iam happy my update has started..., because after 3times i always failed.., oh thank you thank you mr moderator but now i will waiting proccessing update now and here is updating in my lcd screen and progress bar is walking and i will be patient for until finish this process.
always thank you and i hope the result will make my phone 100 percent not die and die by it self again.

is it about my internal battery that have to replace, but my batterry i can see is 97 percent and while iam with plugin charging but not for long time..it is died again by it self
iam confuse now mr moderator.., what is the problem with my phone because i can make sure this is my phone i always take good carefully with my full attention
so sad now .., i always loves sony but my only one phone is died by it self

This is strange,maybe you can try on a windows XP computer? Or try to run PCC in compatibility mode with XP or 7.

mr moderator the point is..., my result from repair process from my laptop is successfull because now my phone is i can make on with all system is fresh and standard again
so in my opinioun i make no mistake with my repair process from my laptop with PCC companioun
because i can see all process is finished
