xperia sp cosmetic defect

I purchased xperia sp on 21 july 2013 .The black coating is getting removed from the sides. I contacted the call center and service center but they said cosmetic defects arent covered in warranty.

Its a new phone and so its a manufacturing defect. Can anyone please advise on what can be done?

Im tired of calling the customer care.They dont help.

I'm sorry,mate.There is nothing to do with it.But try repainting it by sending it to a reputable phone repairman.
