I have my phone for almost 6 months now, and I always charge my phone at home and on my work, using the same cable and the same USB port (per computer) for all this time, and it works great.
Until...
Yesterday, my phone does not charge and the pc does not see the phone, changed ports, changed cables, tried another phone, works, my Sony, NOT. tried my laptop, same thing. in the end I used a separate charger, which worked. The strange thing is, it charges very slowly, about 1 till 3% PER HOUR!
So last night I came home with just 1% power left in my phone, put in on my home pc and it was charging. After 9 full hours it was about 60%, better than nothing.
At work, I put it on the separate charger, and gained 2% in TWO hours. After my lunch-break, I put it back on the charger and was searching the web for similar stories, my phone charged 10-11% in 30 minutes.
Surprised, I tried my normal cable on my normal USB port and it IS charging again.
So maybe I should not awake the demons and just be glad it is working again, but I'm still puzzled.
Anyone have any ideas why I was having so much trouble the last 24 hours??
Thanks in advance,
Dirk Plug
Just to clarify, all of the occurrences when you have been charging it, have they been via PC or wall socket adaptor?
