I don't know if anyone else experienced this here, but just a warning, guys... I've recently noticed that while taking pictures, my pictures come out foggy and cloudy... at first, I thought it was an issue in the new update since the Xperia SP's camera quality is far from perfect so I just waved it off as some sort of software problem that (hopefully!) Sony could fix in the future.
Later, however, I realized that the glass protecting the back camera's sensor is somehow foggy, I used a microfiber cloth to clean it. Aha! This must be the reason!
When the same results of cloudiness were still all I got from my pictures, I brought my phone to a Sony Service Center to have it checked. They told me that I wasn't the only Xperia SP user who went to them to address this issue, the back camera's glass is normally easily-scratchable!
While, I have to admit that it is in my own negligence of misusing my phone, since I place my phone in my pocket (and maybe it got scratched there). But I have to say that I am pretty upset and disappointed that it got scratched so easily like that.
I have a Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman, but I never had problems with the back camera's glass scratching easily (and this has been with me for 3 years already) so I didn't expect that a higher model Xperia SP could produce this downsided effect.
So, a word of warning to my fellow Xperia SP users, better take extra precaution of the back camera's glass scratching up.
The Service Center is charging me around $20 to have that small 1-cm.-diameter glass replaced, but I don't think I'm going through with it.
