xperia sola problems

Hi I have xperia sola used just 1 month,I am facing 2 major problems,

1) very diificult to unlock and receive call i have to drag several times.

2) and the worst is bottom 3 keys, the ondo, home and edit not responding.

I am regretting now for buying such worst quality phone, any body have any kind of solutions

please help.

I have the exact same problem while trying to attend a call my phone won't unlock and continuously vibrates.Also the phone dialer takes too long to open despite boasting a fast processor.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
