xperia sola Broken SIM-card reader

I accidently inserted the extender of the microsim ..
then it was stucked.
i forced to remove it 
then there were small gold peices fell off.
what im a supposed to do 
my xperia sola cant read sim card now 😮

but if you can see..
the mobile number of sony philippines is wrong ..
it should contain 12 numbers and it should start with this 3 numbers "+639"

I aleady brought my xperia sola to the sony service center .
They said that the sim card reader cannot be opened because its fitted in to the main board so the solution is to buy another mainboard

But i dont know where to buy it
Cause when i went to the sony shops .
They dont sell any main boards .

And im not sure if the real problem is to change the mainboard because when i made a research, i saw some videos that they can remove the simcard reader to the xperia sola .
Help me please '!!!
