After replacing the sim card of my phone, all the apps crash. So I pressed the power on/off button and volume up button to restart my phone. When I tried to turn it on, it is in bootloop. I tried to repair it using the PC Companion. I turned off my phone and waited for awhile. And then plugged in the USB cable while holding the volume down button. The LED light becomes green however, after about 30 seconds, the LED color turns red and the PC companion does not recognize my device. What is the best way to fix this?
Remove both the SD and SIM cards and try to repair the phone again, make sure to charge the phone for 1 hour before repairing it.
Thanks for the advice. However, I tried that and it still didn't work. When I looked at the list of plugged in devices, S1 Boot Download appeared with an exclamation mark beside it. However, I can't update the driver because S1 Boot Download appears only for about 30 seconds since my phone only stays in flash mode for a small period of time.
I tried using a different computer. It still didn't work. Both computers I used are running on Windows 7 64-bit OS. Is the s1boot driver compatible with this OS? Because it seems like it is compatible only with the 32-bit OS.
I tried doing that. It also didn't work.
