xperia SL wifi problems

hi i am from from syria and i recently bought  a xpeia sl device my problem is that my wifi work normally but when i put my sim card i doesnt and so on please help

i checked there is wrong in my router or mobile but seems to some problem between wifi and sim card i dont know
