i was upsating the software on my smartphone when a message appeared telling me to shut it off and connect it while pressing the buttom to lower the volume, so i did. i waited and nothing happened, i repeated this process several time, however, nothing happened. i closed the update window. now my smartphone doesn't turn on and my pc doesn't recognize it... what do i do? i don't want to loose any stuff that's on the phone....
