XPERIA SL HEATING.. PLS HELP

HI , i have recently purchased sony XPERIA SL , and its running on ICS .. i have noted the following

IDLE TEMPERATURE - 37 C

MODERATE USE - 40 C

GAMING (TEMPLE RUN , SUBWAY SURFER) - 47 C

THE POWER MANAGER INSTALLED IN MY PHONE GIVES A POPUP WARNING WHEN THE TEMPERATURE REACHES 46 C

even after 10 to 20 mintues of gaming , it goes up to 46 C .. which is very hot actually..

IS THIS NORMAL ?? DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY PHONE TO SERVICE CENTRE ??

PLS PLS PLS HELP...

- NEW AND DISTRESSED SONY USER..

actually it is normal. as long as it doesn't exceed the recommended temperature as stated on the white paper ( you can download it on products page)

but if other stuff happens such as burnt smell, then its time to take your phone to a local service center,

i suggest also to uninstall unnecessary apps like battery/ram saver booster. task killer etc.

i also bought XSL on 21st feb..
i suppose there is a problem with the jan/feb 2013 lot of this phone...
my phone also got heated when playing 5-10 mins of stick cricket, temple run 2 etc..
plus the screen of the phone has yellowish tone at the bottom... (not the Xperia s patches)

went to the service centre,,, 5-6 ppl were there with their XSL (recently bought) having the same issue (screen/heating)

now they are replacing my phones motherboard, digitizer and screen...
totally dissapointed by sony's product quality....

previous Xperience (neo v, w810i) were much better and solid....
