Try force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

Is this happening when you are doing anything in particular with the phone?

Hi,

This evening I've got same trouble:

- screen is black

- no desktop application available.

- only settings are accessible.

- if someone call me, I saw the incoming call and I can repply

- force restart (vol up + power) does not change any thinks:

- i can enter my pin code only if the phone is plug on sector

- The latest thinks I'd made is to peer the phone with new 208 Peugeot car today

I'm wondering if a software reset can solve my problem.

If so what will i lost? all data? adress book? photos? applications?

Thanks for your quick support, I’m really impatient to recover my phone...

A software repair will likely resolve this, as far as lost data that would include everything that is not a picture, music or video.

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps
