xperia s unresponsive touch screen.

Hello im here first time got two sony phones experia S and T both broken:(

   1. Xperia S touchscreen not working started to get that problem week ago at first restart helped than restart was not helping system recovery helped and then got to a point when phone completely give up screen now not respong to any thing just stays in locked mode all the time all buttons around phone and phone it self work apart from touch screen. Tried restarting it turning off and on again, done system recovery through Sony PC Companion but unfortunaly nothing helped.

   2.Xperia T got no sound through speaker,  vibrates and got sound through headphones. looks like speaker dead.

What can I do with my phones?? Both where bought less than year ago.

Is there any suggestions to try at home or if not how to get it done under a warranty? Please explain as I never had to do it myself and don't know what to do at all.

it might be a hardware problem, perhaps water damage? remove the back cover and look for a "White rectangle" above the battery area, if the rectangle its pink or red then it is water damage, if not, repair your phone once more with PCC or SUS if that doesn't work take your phone to a Sony repair center.

as for your Xperia T, can you elaborate on the sound, check if there's any dust on the 3.5mm jack, but it will be wise to repair it with SUS or PCC

Just tried everything you said and no luck still 1 phone without touchscreen other without sound. The white rectangle at the back is white.

Do you know how can i find out where sony repair centre is and how to contact them? or i just send phone to them?

I had issues with touchsreen for about a year, service first said it is SW issue but I was convinced it was not. Finally a month ago touchscreen died completely. They admitted it is HW problem and wanted to replace the touchscreen. Unfortunately it was not possible so after 1 month of waiting they sent me xperia T instead even telling me I should be happy because it is better one. Well I cannot really say they are right because I already cannot connect to wifi. So I go to Sony again and expect to be without phone another (in best case) 2 weeks.

Bought screen with digitalizer on ebay  together with tools $45 arrived today changed myself works fine now.

Only xperia T to fix now.
