Xperia S TV Launcher

I am having problems with my TV launcher. I plug in the HDMI and it dose not come on. It started with the new update. Has anyone had these problems?

You have probably changed or disabled the actions for TV/HDMI in Smart Connect. Open Smart Connect > events > TV > make sure it is enabled > make sure that 'to do' is set on start application - TV launcher.
