Xperia S timed saver not working; data (3G) still active

My Timed Saver is working but for some reason (when the WIFI etc. is turned off) the data processing starts via 3G/UMTS or whatsoever. Can I stop it? I really turned everything "OFF" but still my Xperia S wants to use mobile internet connection
