xperia s struck at logo

Hi all i have upgraded my sony xperia s to ics from official sony update service  but after updating the mobile strucks at logo and i am not able to charge the mobile nor connect to pc is this a problem with all the mobile what should i do now

does the notification LED turns on when you connect it to a wall charger and/or computer?

if it does then use SUS
