Xperia S software update in India

Hello,

I am from india.

Can we know when will/or ever we get the build update for xperia S?

The current build version is .62. where most of the regions have .63, .67, .73.

Why don't we have any update?

The main issue is the battery backup. It can hardly get through 5-6 hours if i use data(3G), music listening (30 mins) and one or two calls.

Bluetooth, wifi, gps all other things are disabled.

Waiting for a reply,

Regards.

.73 doesn't improve battery life that much, with me it does improved slightly BUT if I make a phonecall the battery drops quite fast.

go to settings -> about phone -> battery use take screenshots and the graph too

can you take screenshots of the list of apps that were running add the percentages and time they were running

even if you aren't using wifi if you leave it on some apps might be using the internet connection

it seems that the display is the culprit

go to settings -> display -> lower the brightness and turn off the Bravia Engine (it's great when you watch videos or pictures but besides that it waste battery)
