Xperia S/SL support in the future

Hello. Will further support Xperia S/SL, after upgrading to the JB? For example upgrade to the next version of Android (probably 5.0)? Thank you in advance for your reply.

n dunno when on the earth we wil get 4.1

m sure sony will probably say android 5 is incomaptible with 2012 series :smileygrin: doest not meet req or something like tht :smileygrin:

For myself .. after the last official update for my XS from Sony

Will root an unlock my bootloader and use the hardware with all the customs roms possible  juste for wait the Ubuntu Phones because i use Ubuntu for years on my Pcs and i trust the Ubuntu Dev Team (android and linux are very similar  :-).will my next

Like a lot owners of XS don't appreciate after 6 months the flagship 2012 was down.. thanks Sony

The latest information available is that Xperia S/SL will be updated to JB. We don't have any information about 4.2 or possible future versions after that. For the latest information i recommend that you keep checking our blog: http://blogs.sonymobile.com
