Xperia S - Problem with Android 4

I'm disappointed with the Xperia S. Less than 2 months of use and it just stopped working.
Before that he had problems locking.

I called technical support and they said that Android 4.0 (or higher) usually gives this kind of problem.

Soooooooo!!!! I'll have to leave it a few days in repair.

Pitiful! ... I regret having bought this model.

You could've try repair your phone with PC Companion.

I tried, but the USB cable do not work.

PC do not recognize the cellphone.

Try plugging into different USB ports if that dont Help try after removing phone external memory

I don't think android 4 gives any such problem.Could you elaborate more on the issue you're facing ?

Force restart it

Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for

5 seconds > ( 1 Vibration ) Force restart

10 Seconds > ( 3 Vibrations ) Force shutdown
