Hello, fellas.
Really need ur help or advice. Yesterday something strange happened to my Xperia S, the mobile phone internet just disappered, i havent done anything to him, just saw, that the "H" disappeared and i cant turn it on now. I've tried a lot of different things, starting from rebooting phone, replacement of SIm card, rebooting all settings and etc. Also tried to change APN, tried new settings, but it doesnt helped. Maybe someone saw the same problem and know how to "revive" my internet, cause its just disappeared and it wont turn on.
P.S
The Wi-Fi connection is working, its ok with him.
P.S.S Thanks for all opinions and help.
So as I understand it correctly you have tried a reboot you have also tried a settings reset via settings - Backup and restore and you have also tried Settings - Xperia and tried redownloading your mobile internet settings via the top option, If you have tried all these then my only option to rectify this issue would be to run a repair via PCC (PC Companion) or SEUS or SUS (Sony Update Service) found here http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
I assume that you already have checked this but make sure that you have mobile data activated in the phone and check that the network mode is set to WCDMA/GSM. Go to settings > more > mobile network. Also check with your network provider/operator if they had have any issues with the mobile data lately.
Thanks for advices, but it doesnt' helped. I was in my phone operator office, changed my SIm card, do everything that is written here, but nothing works. They adviced me to reinstall android to the older version, its a bit idiotic way to solve this problem, cause i dont want to do this :?, so i guess i will go to the repair services and they will solve this problem, i hope
In any case big thanks for all of u and big ups.
Good evening
I have encountered the same problem before...the mobile data keep dropping ... but after a few troubleshooting trial, i managed to solve this problem.. here is what i do..
step 1 : go to setting>mobile networks>access point names..
step 2: press the right button on your phone, then choose "reset to default".
