Xperia S or SL...?

Can u pls anyone tell me abt which model is better based on their battery life...? In the case of S n SL...:smileysad:

In my opinion both phones will have same stand-by time but if you use CPU intensive apps (e.g. games) Xperia S will last a little bit longer than Xperia SL because of its lower CPU clock. Anyway the difference shouldn't be very noticable

The firmware of the both phones are exactly the same so should be no difference in camera features.

Yeah..am alrdy comprd both of ths whitepapers...n also some sits too... Bt, many of them pointed to the problem in battery life of SL... :smileyconfused::smileyconfused: I thnk,Xperia S is better than SL..Only drwback of S is its old OS...:smileysad: One of my friend told me that try to buy SL bcz of its ICS...:smileyconfused::smileyconfused: Nw,am totaly cnfusd..!!! Need your helpful opinions...

Who told you that Xperia S have older OS? As I told above both phones have exactly the same firmwares. This means that they always have the same OS (now both have buggy Jelly Bean available to "upgrade" over Ice Cream Sandwitch). Don't look at gsmarena ratings - they're submited by users and are subjective. Xperia SL is made just to refresh Xperia S a little

The whitepaper of Xperia S isn't renewed after the new updates. If you buy Xperia S now you will get Ice Cream Sandwitch or Jelly Bean.

Standby tym of S is Little better than SL... Nywy, am going 2 buy SL... Any other opinions sir....?

In my opinion differences in standby time and talk time are because Xperia S is rated on Gingerbread but Xperia SL is rated on Ice Cream Sandwitch. If they are rated on same OS they will show very similar times
