Xperia S Microphone do not work

Hello!

i have an Xperia S with the firmware version 6.2.B1.96
Today the microphone stopped working... no calls, not recording, the only app that let the microphone work is Whatsapp with his audio registration bit it sound very very VERY low...
i tried to use the jack auricolar and the bluetooth auricolar as well with no results.

it's trange that only whatsapp let the microphone work...seems like a software problem but i've unistalled it and it doesn't work yet..

Have you tried clearing data for smart connect in settings-apps-all?

yes i did. No results,

i did a factory reset with sd card erase and still no results...

i went to the secret menu dialing *#*#7378423#*#* and i discovered an interesting thing...

The PRIMARY microphone doen't work at all...but the SECONDARY mic work great at clearly.

this is a good thing to know but it's strange how all apps that i've used (even system ones) uses only the Primary Mic and not both as whatsapp does (merging the track probably because the sound is not so clear as the listen test)

i think the only thing to do is send the phone to the tecnical-assistance-god-knows-where and wait  god-knows-how-many-time
