Xperia S ICS inquiry

Recenlty, Sony started to manufacture Xperia S with ICS already installed in its box. Can anyone tell me or have an idea since which month sony has launched the manufactering of these Xperia S that has ICS already installed?

I checked but unfortunately no such info is available. I suggest that you check at the retailer if the phone comes with ICS pre-installed or not.
