remove the micro SIM card and see if the problem persists, is it a micro SIM card or trimmed SIM card?

I had the same problem after changing my Rom on un proper way ,

First of all you must hard reset your phone by using power + volume up keys and wait till 3 times vibrated.

Then use the latest flash tools and copy your Rom to it and put your phone on flash mode and just flash the system.sin and kernel.sin without wiping anything (un mark all wipe options)

it will solve your problem

If the tips by uliwooly doesn't sort it out I'd recommend you to try performing a repair of your phone's software.

You can easily perform the interaction with our program Sony PC Companion, available for download from the link below.
