Xperia S Battery problem

My device was working fine , untill yesterday

i had a battery problems and the the battery indicator suddenly drops from 50 to 10 % , so i decided to empty my battery and recharge it again to get the indicator works fine.

Now , the indicator stops at 1 and wouldn't move any number whatever the time it was left on the charger

what should i do ?

but this sounds not effective , for 2 days the device battery not increases than 1 , though it works continously over 4 hours , not counts over or under 1

Have you tried a software repair via sony update service?
