Xperia ray update problem

I am from banglkadesh and proud ower of a Xperia but recently i am facing a problem,whenever i try to update my xperia ray to ICS, th updater program shows downloading for some time but when the prograss bar is at 75% complete, it gives the following error message-

Problem:

The online server is currently overloaded.

Details:

Sony update engine failure (Error:1200)

Troubleshooting:

Plese try again later.

I have been trying it for over a week now. Already updated the sony PC companion program but the problem still persists. Can any one help me with this

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/ Try using the update service application directly, instead of going through PC companion and/or try updating your PC's Java software and then try updating through PC companion. Hope this helps.
