Hi
The other day my i was on my phone sending text, all good then i dropped it from a small height (not enough to cause any damage at all) and that night turned off and plugged into charger. theh next day i booted it and there was no vibrate, ehich i thought to be odd, but didnt phase me much then it just wouldnt go boot from the "Sony ericsson" logo. I have tried updating through SUS a couple of times but no luck. im stuck. i need a phone quick as i need to contact people for business. what can i do?
Kind Regards
Hi,
Have you tried with a software repair on the phone via Update Service? If you have but the problem persist, you could always try to boot your phone without SIM/SD-card to see if you experience the same behaviour.
Otherwise, I suggest that contact your local support team for further information about how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

Take the battery out of your phone and charge it for 2-3 hours then proceed with these steps
Update / Repair your phone via PC Companion
Download PC Companion and install it. Do not connect your phone until you're asked to do so.
Launch PC Companion > Start Support zone > Start Phone/ Tablet Software update > select Repair my Phone / Tablet > Follow the on-screen instructions it shows.
