Xperia Ray ST18i - Laptop doesn't even recognize the phone when connected by d datacard of SONY

Hi,

I'm using SONY XPERIA RAY ST18i.

When I connect my phone to the laptop, it fails to recognise the phone, I'm unable to transfer data or even charge the phone.

The PC installation doesn't even seem to work.. Help me with this!

All that happens is NOTHING

Try the phone on another PC.

You can use:

PC Companion (PCC) or Sony  Update Service (SUS)
