Hi can you please help?
I got a new handset last year and my xperia ray has been sat in my drawer since, ive got it out today to pass onto my daughter but when i switched it on i realised i have a passcode on and i seriously cannot remember it and i did not sync with google so that option is out.
i downloaded pc companion and followed the steps to repair the phone it gathers the files etc then tells me to switch off the phone wait 5 secs then hold down the volume down key and plug in the usb cable into the phone i do this my phone lights green over the home key and then pc companion freezes and locks up the pc...this happens every single time.
please help
