Xperia RAY charging problem

i am using xperia RAY ICS 4.04 build number 4.1.B.0.587, when i plug my phone into charger the battery charging bar freez, i uploaded some pic..

After charging 3h battery shows>>>>

After restarting phone battery shows 100%after restarting phone i see the orginal battery status. is it hardware problem or software problem??? how can i get rid from this problem? pleaase help

You could try this.

When battery is 50%, power off and pick out the battery for a few minutes.

Insert it again and charge the phone while powered off for a couple of hours.

Turn it on and check if you can replicate this problem.

Else, have you tried to reinstall the phone software via SUS?
