Xperia Pro stuck automatic restart loop..

My phone automatically stuck into restart loop. I was randomly using my phone. And since then it is not working. It shows "Sony" on main screen and then "xperia" and again then back to sony and so on..

My phone has ICS, updated long back when it was made available by Sony.

I tried doing things but that did not rectify issues like:

1) Removing battery and restating

2) removing usb and sim

3) removing battery and holding power button for a while and restarting

Kindly suggest me how to get rid of this issue. Thanks in advance
