Xperia Pro: Speaker problems after Software update

Hello,

I updated my new Xperia pro by the new software version 4.1.B.0.587. Since then the speaker provides only clicking noise. I can't hear anything if someone calls me and also on playing music, ringtones and so on the speaker keep silent in all but the clicking noise. In addition the phone crashes and reboots if I plug the headset. Sony support doesn't answer to my request for help! What can I do?

Okay, support has answered and proposed an additional update with deactivated firewall and security software. Done - but no improvement!:smileyangry:

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
