My xperia pro touch screen powers up everything is ok after a few minutes the touch screen stops working help welcome?

Have tried the upgrade to 4.0 but no joy

Has the problem gotten worse since it started (touch stops working at a faster rate)? It's hard to say if this is a physical or software problem.
