Xperia Pro dead

I bought a Sony Xperia pro on 24th Oct and within a month the handset is useless.

It does not power on nor does it get charged. Its has become useless.

I went to SONNET CARE, CMH road, Bangalore and had the worst experience of customer service. The service engineer refused to meet or test the phone.

I have lost faith in all SONY products. I was planning to buy a HANDYCAM but not anymore.

I bought this phone for professional use and  have been left high & dry.

that service is not Sony, it's Sonnet care or whatever the name of that store is, if your phone it's faulty why don't you get a refund?

Its a SONY authorised service center and I went there because SONY helpline told me to.

How do I get a refund?

Send a legal notice to SONY India HQ?

Why should I be punished for putting faith in a global brand like SONY?

Hi,

Try visiting sony service center near Domlur Flyover i.e while going towards MG Road, after crossing the flyover ( you will go under flyover koramangala ( comes left) and indira nagar (right)). There will be a signal after that left side you will see an electronic showroom. On the right side you will have sony service center. One more landmark is there is a Homeopathy store on right side.

You can get details form justdail or yellopages by searching the same.

I have visited that service center for my touch screen replacement.

Do not expect miracles happen but try once and check your luck.

Give sufficient time to service center to help you back.

****BUT Don't hesitate to raise a compliment if you did not get proper service when your phone is under warranty.
