XPERIA PLAY R800AT on AT&T Sim network code request

hi, ive got xperia play r800at, bought from ebay, its on att network and after isnerting local simc ard it requests sim network lock code, production date is 12w12, can anybody help me how can i fix this code problem? i have no att service available locally, any ideas?

I suggest that you contact your network operator to investigate this.

They might need the IMEI number to check this, you can find your IMEI under the battery.
