Xperia P Walkman Problem

hey guys....i am facing a problem in my walkman. When i play any song using walkman, shuffle always turns off. I simply go to walkman, then my music then i select the song and play it. Then i use menu key to shuffle on. Now when i stop the song and open walkman again after some time, i'v to adjust shuffle mode again. This is quite irritating.

Also, when i go to my music and play a song using search option on the top right, i repeat not by selecting a song directly but by searching the song and then playing it, after that song is finished next song does not play. Walkman simply stops after that song is finished. Kindly let me know the solution. I do not want to use any other music player.

make sure that not just shuffle is on but  repeat is on as if it plays the last song on a list it will stop playing music.

yeah my repeat was off. Thanx. BTW i should put it on repeat all mode, right?? and what about the search and play problem??

the repeat should be on (repeat all)

the search part it's normal as you are looking for the song not an album and/or artist. think about youtube, you search for a video not a playlist so it will only play the video that you've searched, just like walkman will play the song not the album

Yes, it's a problem. Whenever you play a song by selecting it from Tracks, Albums, Artists, anywhere, shuffle always gets turned off. All other settings like sound enhancement, repeat persist though. I don't know if it's intentional, but it's quite annoying when you want shuffle to be on all the time.

its a bug on the walkman phone. many user haven't figured out it yet but it is one of the ICS bug that should be fix in the JB update.

yes, im waiting for it too but still satisfied with my ICS
